Land Title Feud: Indigenous Rights and Development

Indigenous take over all crown land , parks , even van Dusen

The Hells Angels, developers, city hall, the province, and Indigenous groups are all collaborating to strengthen infrastructure in light of the ongoing crown land takeover and their push for Indigenous land ownership. Just look at all the construction happening with those big pipes being installed — towers, towers, towers everywhere in Vancouver land development!

    Rupert Station in Burnaby

So today, November 8, 2025, Highway 1 is closed for construction, supposedly to build a pedestrian overpass. However, the reality is that this construction is part of a larger infrastructure project for the development of Rupert Station, which is being pushed forward by Indigenous land ownership advocates in partnership with an undisclosed developer. There is a concerning lack of transparency regarding this project, which aims to erect over 15 towers on the old liquor distribution land in Burnaby.

This Vancouver land development raises questions about who is truly behind the construction. Is it the Hell's Angels, as has been rumored in many construction projects?

Wake up, Vancouver! We are witnessing the impacts of a crown land takeover that threatens our beloved city. No more parks, no more private home ownership—just an endless skyline of towers. It’s disheartening and ugly. We need to stop and reassess this so-called reconciliation, which often feels like a guise for 'stealing' land back that we have developed into what it is today.

This is the truth, and you can find discussions about it on platforms like Reddit.

Wake up, people, before it’s too late. Covid has lulled us into complacency.
